How do I get started?
PROGRAMS: INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC
Illien Adoptions International, Inc. has
many good international programs; most, but not all, countries require that you travel. Your travel abroad
is usually between one to three weeks to complete the adoption process and bring your
child home. We have children of all ages in almost every country. At present, we are
working in the following countries:
International Programs: Active

Ukraine: The new adoption center in Ukraine is now open and processing cases already registered. We are preparing new dossiers for registration. Illien has had very good experience in Ukraine.

Guatemala: This is a very good program for babies under one year old. No wait for a referral once your documents are ready. Processing time is very good. Travel encouraged but optional.

In Russia, Nepal, Bulgaria, Brazil, Chile and Romania, our programs are on hold pending favorable political decisions.
Call us for current information on each country because there are constant changes everywhere. Illien can assist you with adoptions in many other countries, depending upon the country and the situation.
